Since each product is tailored to your specifications, please allow 3-7 business days for production. Shipping typically takes an additional 5-10 business days depending on your location.

Yes, we highly recommend ordering a Swatch Booklet. This allows you to see the exact color, texture, and light-blocking capabilities of our fabrics in your own home environment.
What is your return policy for customized items?
Because custom products are made to your unique specifications, we generally do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage. Please contact our support team within 30 days of receipt if there is an issue.

Care instructions vary by fabric. While some of our polyesters are machine washable on a gentle cycle, we recommend professional dry cleaning for our linen, velvet, and silk-blend collections to maintain their shape and longevity.
